What has changed?
Human longevity has changed the horizon of our lives. We are now living, on average, 25-30 years longer than our great-grandparents, the equivalent of a whole new adult lifetime. What was old age for them is now middle age for us.
What impact will it have on you?

What does it mean to have a society where 20 to 25% of the population are over 60 but are not ‘old’?
What does it mean to have a multi-generational workforce, from millennials to baby boomers?
What am I going to do and be in this new Third Act of my life and how do I prepare for it?

I’m passionate about helping people excel – I believe we are all here for a purpose, whether it is to teach children to reach, make our community better or to reach out into our World and make it a better place.
When I decided to leave my previous role, a role I’d been in for over 20 years, I faced a crossroads – what next? I was always looking for something new to learn, and about seven years earlier had completed my coaching training which I used when working with staff, volunteers and with a few clients. I worked through a program developed by a colleague in Ireland, The Third Act, spending a lot of time reviewing my values, who I was, what was important to me, and what I wanted my future to look like! I, if you like, reinvented myself and through that process have found a life that I love – something totally different to what I was doing previously, however still providing service to others.
In my role as coach and consultant I support individuals, leaders and companies who wish to grow and are not afraid to delve deep to bring the best out in themselves, and/or their team. I challenge them to think big, not in the box, or outside but into the future and imagine possibilities.
My background is varied, and having worked in different parts of the World I believe I have a unique perspective on people and the values that drive them. I love connecting people and partners, and I have an appreciation for and of international culture and diversity after living and working in the Middle East, Switzerland, UK, Ireland and Canada.
