CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation for any Nanaimo Women's Network event, please note the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund

No Show Policy:

If you are unable to attend the scheduled event and do not inform us of your cancellation in advance, it will be considered a no-show. Our no-show policy is as follows:

  • Customers who fail to attend the scheduled event without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
